Quality, health, safety, security and the environment are and will remain our top priorities. All our activities must be in compliance with local standards and regulations. The further development, improvement and implementation of our quality management system is a continuous process.
The processes and procedures are reviewed and evaluated regularly by means of both internal and external audits in order to guarantee the quality. Where possible, findings lead to measures for improvement.

Safety and quality improvement
The experts in this department are responsible for and guarantee among other things: maintaining and updating the procedures, monitoring of efficient operations, carrying out inspections and audits, training of crew members on the vessels and incident investigation in close cooperation with the management of Vinotra.
